I needed repairs for a property my wife and I are managing for a neighbor who has found herself in a nursing home. Mike promptly returned my call for help and came out the same day to look things over. Admittedly, I gave Mike wide discretion to repair the trim around the garage door. Mike’s solution was beautiful and well executed. I also asked Mike to look at a GFCI outlet that was failing. Mike attempted a repair but recognized it was beyond his ability. Due to a back injury, I decided I needed help from a capable handyman to keep up with repairs and odd jobs around my house. We couldn’t be happier with the work Mike Rose and his son Ethan did. Multi-talented, in less than two hours they handled tasks such: installed a doorbell and dimmer switch, hanged two lanterns from the ceiling, scrubbed the bathtub, hauled numerous items from the basement to the curb . . . etc, etc. Mike is very friendly but he doesn’t dawdle, and he handled a list of tasks in an hour and a half that would have taken weeks of my spare time.
