I needed repairs for a property my wife and I are managing for a neighbor who has found herself in a nursing home. Mike promptly returned my call for help and came out the same day to look things over. Admittedly, I gave Mike wide discretion to repair the trim around the garage door. Mike’s solution was beautiful and well executed. I also asked Mike to look at a GFCI outlet that was failing. Mike attempted a repair but recognized it was beyond his ability. I credit Mike with knowing his limitations. He recommended an electrician to troubleshoot the issue. It is without reservation that we recommend Mike Rose- he was prompt, attentive and personable.
